SharePoint Server Subscription Edition Full – Trusted Licensing for Modern Collaboration

Microsoft SharePoint Server Subscription Edition is the latest on-premises server platform for enterprise content management, intranet portals, and business process automation. This Full license provides a perpetual right to use the software, with digital delivery and full activation support from Lizensa. This edition is suitable for both private and business use where terms allow, and it includes the flexibility to deploy Standard or Datacenter-style features based on your core tier.

Each license is organized by server core tier, and you must review Client Access License (CAL) requirements separately before deployment. Lizensa ensures a compliant, transparent purchase experience for EU buyers, with VAT invoices and expert guidance on installation and activation.

• Genuine Microsoft License – Full Full version with no subscription expiry, eligible for use on physical or virtual servers per the product terms.
• Digital Delivery & Activation – Receive your license key and detailed instructions via email within minutes. Lizensa support is available for any activation questions.
• Core Tier Licensing – Choose the appropriate edition (Standard or Datacenter) based on your server core count. CALs are required for each user or device accessing the server.
• EU-Compliant Purchase – All prices include EU VAT where applicable. Lizensa provides clear invoices and adheres to local software licensing regulations.
• Business & Private Use – Suitable for enterprises, SMBs, and individuals who need a compliant, on-premises SharePoint deployment without recurring subscription fees.

Who It's For

SharePoint Server Subscription Edition Full is designed for IT administrators and decision-makers in organizations that require on-premises control over their collaboration infrastructure. It serves enterprises migrating from older SharePoint versions, SMBs needing a predictable licensing model, and professionals who prefer a one-time purchase over cloud subscriptions. It is also ideal for managed service providers (MSPs) deploying SharePoint for clients under strict data residency requirements.
