Область действия заявления

This accessibility statement applies to the Lizensa online shop at lizensa.com: the home page, catalogue and product pages, search, cart, checkout, the customer account and the legal pages. It explains how the shop meets the accessibility requirements of the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882) as transposed into national law.

Статус соответствия

We design and test the shop against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA — the web requirements of the harmonised European standard EN 301 549.

The shop is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 AA: the parts listed under "Known limitations" do not fully meet it yet. As far as our checks show, everything else does.

Известные ограничения

  • Payment forms. Card, PayPal and other payment forms in the checkout are embedded from the payment provider. We choose providers with accessible forms, but we cannot change their markup.
  • Support chat. The chat window is a third-party widget; its keyboard and screen-reader support is outside our control. Every question can also be sent by e-mail to support@lizensa.com.
  • PDF documents. Invoices and licence certificates are PDF files that are not yet tagged for screen readers. On request we send their content by e-mail as plain text.

Barriers found by our automated checks are fixed before a change is released; any that remain are listed here.

  • automated axe-core tests against WCAG 2.0, 2.1 and 2.2 (levels A and AA) of the home page, a category page, a product page, the cart, the checkout, the account login and this statement, run on every change before it is released;
  • manual checks using the keyboard only.

We review this statement at least once a year and after every major change to the shop.

Что мы делаем для доступности

В частности, команда разработчиков придерживается следующих принципов:

  • Навигация с клавиатуры — каждый интерактивный элемент доступен с помощью Tab, активируется с помощью Enter или Space и закрывается с помощью Escape. Мы не используем шаблоны, требующие только мыши.
  • Семантический HTML — ориентиры (`<main>`, `<nav>`, `<footer>`), заголовки в правильном порядке, нативные элементы управления формами, настоящие кнопки. Программы чтения с экрана никогда не должны нуждаться в ARIA для понимания страницы, которую они могли бы понять из одной разметки.
  • Видимый фокус — каждый интерактивный элемент всегда показывает кольцо фокуса при фокусировке с помощью клавиатуры, с контрастом не менее 3:1 по отношению к фону.
  • Цветовой контраст — основной текст 4.5:1, крупный текст и значки 3:1, как в светлом, так и в тёмном режимах.
  • Масштабируемый текст — страницы остаются удобными при увеличении до 200% в любом браузере; фиксированная ширина контента в пикселях не блокирует перекомпоновку.
  • Уменьшение движения — анимации учитывают `prefers-reduced-motion` и никогда не запускают видео со звуком автоматически.

Сочетания клавиш

Стандартные сочетания клавиш браузера работают везде. Сайт добавляет два собственных:

  • / — открыть панель поиска с любой страницы.
  • Escape — закрыть любой диалог, панель или меню.

Мы намеренно держим список сочетаний клавиш минимальным, чтобы он не конфликтовал с привязками клавиш вспомогательных технологий.

Браузеры и вспомогательные технологии

Мы тестируем на двух последних версиях Chrome, Edge, Firefox и Safari на настольных компьютерах, а также Safari и Chrome на iOS и Android. Мы тестируем поведение программ чтения с экрана с помощью NVDA + Firefox, JAWS + Chrome, VoiceOver + Safari (macOS и iOS) и TalkBack + Chrome на Android.

Мы не тестируем на Internet Explorer 11; он больше не поддерживается Microsoft, и мы не блокируем его, но не можем гарантировать доступность в нём.
