本声明的适用范围

This accessibility statement applies to the Lizensa online shop at lizensa.com: the home page, catalogue and product pages, search, cart, checkout, the customer account and the legal pages. It explains how the shop meets the accessibility requirements of the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882) as transposed into national law.

合规状态

We design and test the shop against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA — the web requirements of the harmonised European standard EN 301 549.

The shop is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 AA: the parts listed under "Known limitations" do not fully meet it yet. As far as our checks show, everything else does.

已知限制

  • Payment forms. Card, PayPal and other payment forms in the checkout are embedded from the payment provider. We choose providers with accessible forms, but we cannot change their markup.
  • Support chat. The chat window is a third-party widget; its keyboard and screen-reader support is outside our control. Every question can also be sent by e-mail to support@lizensa.com.
  • PDF documents. Invoices and licence certificates are PDF files that are not yet tagged for screen readers. On request we send their content by e-mail as plain text.

Barriers found by our automated checks are fixed before a change is released; any that remain are listed here.

This statement was last reviewed on 2026年9月24日. It is based on a self-assessment:

  • automated axe-core tests against WCAG 2.0, 2.1 and 2.2 (levels A and AA) of the home page, a category page, a product page, the cart, the checkout, the account login and this statement, run on every change before it is released;
  • manual checks using the keyboard only.

We review this statement at least once a year and after every major change to the shop.

我们在无障碍方面所做的工作

具体来说，工程团队对自己要求如下：

  • 键盘导航——每个交互元素均可通过 Tab 键到达，通过 Enter 或 Space 键激活，通过 Escape 键关闭。我们不使用仅限鼠标的模式。
  • 语义化 HTML——地标（`<main>`、`<nav>`、`<footer>`）、正确顺序的标题、原生表单控件、真正的按钮。屏幕阅读器应无需 ARIA 即可从标记本身理解页面。
  • 可见焦点——每个交互元素在通过键盘聚焦时始终显示焦点环，与其背景的对比度至少为 3:1。
  • 颜色对比度——正文文本 4.5:1，大文本和图标 3:1，在浅色和深色模式下均适用。
  • 可调整文本大小——在任何浏览器中放大至 200% 时页面仍可用；无固定像素内容宽度阻止重排。
  • 减少动画——动画尊重 `prefers-reduced-motion`，且从不自动播放带声音的视频。

键盘快捷键

标准浏览器快捷键在所有地方均有效。本网站添加了两个自己的快捷键：

  • / ——从任何页面打开搜索面板。
  • Escape ——关闭任何对话框、抽屉或菜单。

我们刻意保持快捷键列表简短，以免与辅助技术的按键绑定冲突。

浏览器和辅助技术

我们在桌面端的最新两个版本的 Chrome、Edge、Firefox 和 Safari，以及 iOS 和 Android 上的 Safari 和 Chrome 上进行测试。我们使用 NVDA + Firefox、JAWS + Chrome、VoiceOver + Safari（macOS 和 iOS）以及 Android 上的 TalkBack + Chrome 测试屏幕阅读器行为。

我们不针对 Internet Explorer 11 进行测试；Microsoft 已不再支持它，我们不会阻止其访问，但无法保证其无障碍性。
