Rozsah vyhlásenia
This accessibility statement applies to the Lizensa online shop at lizensa.com: the home page, catalogue and product pages, search, cart, checkout, the customer account and the legal pages. It explains how the shop meets the accessibility requirements of the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882) as transposed into national law.
Stav súladu
We design and test the shop against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA — the web requirements of the harmonised European standard EN 301 549.
The shop is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 AA: the parts listed under "Known limitations" do not fully meet it yet. As far as our checks show, everything else does.
Známe obmedzenia
- Payment forms. Card and other payment forms in the checkout are embedded from the payment provider. We choose providers with accessible forms, but we cannot change their markup.
- Support chat. The chat window is a third-party widget; its keyboard and screen-reader support is outside our control. Every question can also be sent by e-mail to support@lizensa.com.
- PDF documents. Invoices and licence certificates are PDF files that are not yet tagged for screen readers. On request we send their content by e-mail as plain text.
Barriers found by our automated checks are fixed before a change is released; any that remain are listed here.

This statement was last reviewed on 24. septembra 2026. It is based on a self-assessment:
- automated axe-core tests against WCAG 2.0, 2.1 and 2.2 (levels A and AA) of the home page, a category page, a product page, the cart, the checkout, the account login and this statement, run on every change before it is released;
- manual checks using the keyboard only.
We review this statement at least once a year and after every major change to the shop.

Čo robíme pre prístupnosť
Konkrétne sa inžiniersky tím zaväzuje k:
- Navigácia klávesnicou – každý interaktívny prvok je dosiahnuteľný klávesom Tab, aktivovateľný klávesom Enter alebo Medzerník a zatvoriteľný klávesom Escape. Nepoužívame vzory len pre myš.
- Sémantické HTML – orientačné body (`<main>`, `<nav>`, `<footer>`), nadpisy v správnom poradí, natívne ovládacie prvky formulárov, skutočné tlačidlá. Čítačky obrazovky by nikdy nemali potrebovať ARIA na pochopenie stránky, ktorú by mohli pochopiť zo samotného kódu.
- Viditeľné zaostrenie – každý interaktívny prvok zobrazuje pri zaostrení klávesnicou vždy viditeľný krúžok zaostrenia s kontrastom aspoň 3:1 voči pozadiu.
- Farebný kontrast – text tela 4,5:1, veľký text a ikony 3:1, v svetlom aj tmavom režime.
- Zmenšiteľný text – stránky zostávajú použiteľné až do 200 % priblíženia v akomkoľvek prehliadači; žiadne pevné šírky obsahu v pixeloch neblokujú pretekanie.
- Obmedzený pohyb – animácie rešpektujú `prefers-reduced-motion` a nikdy neprehrávajú video so zvukom automaticky.
Klávesové skratky
Štandardné klávesové skratky prehliadača fungujú všade. Stránka pridáva dve vlastné:
- / – otvorenie vyhľadávacieho panela z akejkoľvek stránky.
- Escape – zatvorenie akéhokoľvek dialógového okna, bočného panela alebo ponuky.
Zámerne udržiavame zoznam skratiek malý, aby nekolidoval s väzbami kláves asistenčných technológií.
Prehliadače a asistenčné technológie
Testujeme na najnovších dvoch verziách prehliadačov Chrome, Edge, Firefox a Safari na počítači a Safari a Chrome na iOS a Android. Testujeme správanie čítačiek obrazovky s NVDA + Firefox, JAWS + Chrome, VoiceOver + Safari (macOS a iOS) a TalkBack + Chrome na Androide.
Netestujeme proti Internet Exploreru 11; spoločnosť Microsoft ho už nepodporuje a my ho neblokujeme, ale nemôžeme zaručiť prístupnosť v ňom.
