선언의 적용 범위
This accessibility statement applies to the Lizensa online shop at lizensa.com: the home page, catalogue and product pages, search, cart, checkout, the customer account and the legal pages. It explains how the shop meets the accessibility requirements of the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882) as transposed into national law.
준수 현황
We design and test the shop against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA — the web requirements of the harmonised European standard EN 301 549.
The shop is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 AA: the parts listed under "Known limitations" do not fully meet it yet. As far as our checks show, everything else does.
알려진 제한 사항
- Payment forms. Card, PayPal and other payment forms in the checkout are embedded from the payment provider. We choose providers with accessible forms, but we cannot change their markup.
- Support chat. The chat window is a third-party widget; its keyboard and screen-reader support is outside our control. Every question can also be sent by e-mail to support@lizensa.com.
- PDF documents. Invoices and licence certificates are PDF files that are not yet tagged for screen readers. On request we send their content by e-mail as plain text.
Barriers found by our automated checks are fixed before a change is released; any that remain are listed here.

This statement was last reviewed on 2026년 9월 24일. It is based on a self-assessment:
- automated axe-core tests against WCAG 2.0, 2.1 and 2.2 (levels A and AA) of the home page, a category page, a product page, the cart, the checkout, the account login and this statement, run on every change before it is released;
- manual checks using the keyboard only.
We review this statement at least once a year and after every major change to the shop.

접근성을 위해 하는 일
구체적으로, 엔지니어링 팀은 다음을 준수합니다:

- 가시적 포커스 — 모든 대화형 요소는 키보드로 포커스될 때 항상 배경과 최소 3:1 대비의 포커스 링을 표시합니다.
- 색상 대비 — 본문 텍스트 4.5:1, 큰 텍스트 및 아이콘 3:1, 라이트 모드 및 다크 모드 모두에서.
- 텍스트 크기 조정 가능 — 모든 브라우저에서 최대 200% 확대/축소까지 페이지 사용 가능; 고정 픽셀 콘텐츠 너비가 리플로우를 차단하지 않음.
- 모션 감소 — 애니메이션은 `prefers-reduced-motion`을 존중하며 사운드가 있는 비디오를 자동 재생하지 않습니다.
키보드 단축키
표준 브라우저 단축키는 모든 곳에서 작동합니다. 사이트는 두 가지 자체 단축키를 추가합니다:
- / — 모든 페이지에서 검색 팔레트 열기.
- Escape — 모든 대화상자, 서랍 또는 메뉴 닫기.
보조 기술 키 바인딩과 충돌하지 않도록 단축키 목록을 의도적으로 매우 작게 유지합니다.

데스크톱에서는 Chrome, Edge, Firefox 및 Safari의 최신 두 버전, iOS 및 Android에서는 Safari 및 Chrome에서 테스트합니다. NVDA + Firefox, JAWS + Chrome, VoiceOver + Safari(macOS 및 iOS), Android에서는 TalkBack + Chrome으로 화면 판독기 동작을 테스트합니다.
Internet Explorer 11에 대해서는 테스트하지 않습니다. Microsoft에서 더 이상 지원하지 않으며 차단하지는 않지만 접근성을 보장할 수 없습니다.
