Cakupan pernyataan ini

This accessibility statement applies to the Lizensa online shop at lizensa.com: the home page, catalogue and product pages, search, cart, checkout, the customer account and the legal pages. It explains how the shop meets the accessibility requirements of the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882) as transposed into national law.

Status kesesuaian

We design and test the shop against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA — the web requirements of the harmonised European standard EN 301 549.

The shop is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 AA: the parts listed under "Known limitations" do not fully meet it yet. As far as our checks show, everything else does.

Keterbatasan yang diketahui

  • Payment forms. Card, PayPal and other payment forms in the checkout are embedded from the payment provider. We choose providers with accessible forms, but we cannot change their markup.
  • Support chat. The chat window is a third-party widget; its keyboard and screen-reader support is outside our control. Every question can also be sent by e-mail to support@lizensa.com.
  • PDF documents. Invoices and licence certificates are PDF files that are not yet tagged for screen readers. On request we send their content by e-mail as plain text.

Barriers found by our automated checks are fixed before a change is released; any that remain are listed here.

This statement was last reviewed on 24 September 2026. It is based on a self-assessment:

  • automated axe-core tests against WCAG 2.0, 2.1 and 2.2 (levels A and AA) of the home page, a category page, a product page, the cart, the checkout, the account login and this statement, run on every change before it is released;
  • manual checks using the keyboard only.

We review this statement at least once a year and after every major change to the shop.

Please tell us the page, what you were trying to do and which browser or assistive technology you use. We confirm receipt within two working days and reply within ten working days with a fix or another way to achieve the same result.

  • Market surveillance: the market-surveillance authority for the accessibility of products and services in your EU member state

Apa yang kami lakukan untuk aksesibilitas

Secara khusus, tim teknik berpegang pada:

Kami menguji pada dua versi terbaru Chrome, Edge, Firefox dan Safari di desktop, serta Safari dan Chrome di iOS dan Android. Kami menguji perilaku pembaca layar dengan NVDA + Firefox, JAWS + Chrome, VoiceOver + Safari (macOS dan iOS), dan TalkBack + Chrome di Android.

Kami tidak menguji terhadap Internet Explorer 11; browser tersebut tidak lagi didukung oleh Microsoft dan kami tidak memblokirnya tetapi tidak dapat menjamin aksesibilitas di sana.
