Обхват на декларацията

This accessibility statement applies to the Lizensa online shop at lizensa.com: the home page, catalogue and product pages, search, cart, checkout, the customer account and the legal pages. It explains how the shop meets the accessibility requirements of the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882) as transposed into national law.

We design and test the shop against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA — the web requirements of the harmonised European standard EN 301 549.

The shop is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 AA: the parts listed under "Known limitations" do not fully meet it yet. As far as our checks show, everything else does.

Известни ограничения

  • Payment forms. Card and other payment forms in the checkout are embedded from the payment provider. We choose providers with accessible forms, but we cannot change their markup.
  • Support chat. The chat window is a third-party widget; its keyboard and screen-reader support is outside our control. Every question can also be sent by e-mail to support@lizensa.com.
  • PDF documents. Invoices and licence certificates are PDF files that are not yet tagged for screen readers. On request we send their content by e-mail as plain text.

Barriers found by our automated checks are fixed before a change is released; any that remain are listed here.

  • automated axe-core tests against WCAG 2.0, 2.1 and 2.2 (levels A and AA) of the home page, a category page, a product page, the cart, the checkout, the account login and this statement, run on every change before it is released;
  • manual checks using the keyboard only.

We review this statement at least once a year and after every major change to the shop.

Какво правим за достъпността

По-конкретно, инженерният екип се ангажира с:

  • Навигация с клавиатура — всеки интерактивен елемент е достъпен с Tab, активируем с Enter или Space и затваряем с Escape. Не използваме модели, които работят само с мишка.

Умишлено поддържаме списъка с клавишни комбинации малък, за да не се сблъсква с клавишните комбинации на помощната технология.

Браузъри и помощни технологии

Тестваме на последните две версии на Chrome, Edge, Firefox и Safari на настолни компютри, и Safari и Chrome на iOS и Android. Тестваме поведението на четеца на екрана с NVDA + Firefox, JAWS + Chrome, VoiceOver + Safari (macOS и iOS) и TalkBack + Chrome на Android.

Не тестваме срещу Internet Explorer 11; той вече не се поддържа от Microsoft и не го блокираме, но не можем да гарантираме достъпност там.
