Purchases on this site are digital products — software licence keys delivered immediately after payment is confirmed. Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Art. 16(m)) and Polish Consumer Rights Act (Art. 38 § 13), once the key is delivered with your express consent the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply. Full purchase, complaints and dispute-resolution flow below.
§ 1 General provisions
1. The store at this site is operated by: Digital Soft Distribution Sp. z o.o. ul. Hoża 86/410, 00-682 Warszawa, Poland VAT ID PL7011079724, REGON 521497508, KRS 0000960920 District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register; share capital PLN 5,000.00 Email: support shown in the footer.
2. These Terms govern the sale of digital products — software licence keys — between the Seller and the Customer through this site.
3. By using the store the Customer confirms reading and accepting these Terms.
§ 2 Products and licences
1. The store sells only genuine, lawfully acquired software licence keys from major publishers (Microsoft, Adobe, Norton, McAfee, Kaspersky, Bitdefender, etc.).
2. Each key activates and validates against the publisher's official servers. If a key is ever found to be unauthorised the Seller will replace it free of charge or refund in full.
3. Software use is governed by the publisher's End-User Licence Agreement (EULA), which the Customer accepts on first activation.
4. Each product page lists licence type, number of activations, region, system requirements and subscription term where applicable.
§ 3 Pricing and payment
1. All prices are shown in euros (EUR) by default, with a currency picker in the header for PLN, GBP or USD. Prices include VAT at the applicable rate.
2. Available payment methods include Przelewy24 (BLIK, bank transfers, Visa/Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay), Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Klarna/Sofort and SEPA (B2B).
3. The PLN payment operator is PayPro S.A. (Poznań), registered as a domestic payment institution by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority under IP24/2014.
4. All payments are encrypted with TLS and PCI DSS compliant. We never store full card numbers.
5. A VAT invoice is issued automatically once payment is confirmed and emailed to the address provided at checkout. B2B customers add their VAT ID at checkout to receive a company invoice.
§ 4 Digital delivery
1. Licence keys are delivered electronically only — by email and through the customer dashboard.
2. Each delivery email contains the key, a download link to the publisher's installer, step-by-step activation instructions and the invoice.
3. Delivery time: typically under 5 minutes after payment is confirmed. In rare cases (fraud screening, unusual payment methods) delivery can take up to 24 hours. If delivery exceeds 24 hours the Customer may withdraw at no cost.
4. There are no shipping charges — all products are digital.
§ 5 Withdrawal and refunds
1. Consumers and small entrepreneurs (under Art. 38a of the Polish Consumer Rights Act) have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts under Art. 27 of the Act.
2. Important exception for digital products: under Art. 38 § 13 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act (transposing Art. 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83), the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content delivered without a tangible medium once performance has begun with the Customer's express consent and after the Customer has been informed of the loss of the right of withdrawal. The Customer gives this express consent and acknowledges the loss of withdrawal by ticking the consent box at checkout.
3. Refund if the key was never used: if the Customer declares the key was not activated and the Seller can verify this technically (publisher status = unactivated), the Seller refunds the full amount within 14 days to the original payment method.
4. Replacement of a faulty key: if a key fails to activate due to a Seller- or publisher-side issue, the Seller delivers a new key or full refund within 24-48 hours of the support ticket.
§ 6 Prohibited use
Customers must not: resell licence keys without express authorisation; share keys in breach of the publisher's EULA; use bots or scripts to scrape the store, monitor prices or overload servers; submit false personal, payment or VAT data; reverse-engineer keys, products or the store itself; use the service for unlawful activity (money laundering, fraud); attempt DoS, intrusion or unauthorised access. Violations result in immediate account suspension, order cancellation and, where appropriate, notification of authorities.
§ 7 Warranty (rękojmia) and complaints
1. The Seller is liable to Consumers under the statutory warranty of Articles 556 ff of the Polish Civil Code, as amended by the Act of 4 November 2022 transposing EU Directive 2019/770 on contracts for the supply of digital content.
2. Complaint window: 2 years from delivery of the digital product (Art. 568 § 1).
3. Complaints are submitted by email to the support address shown in the footer or in writing to the Seller's registered address. A complaint should include the customer name or company, order/invoice number, defect description (error code, screenshot), and the remedy requested (replacement, repair, price reduction, withdrawal).
4. The Seller answers within 14 days of receipt; silence is treated as acceptance.
5. Indirect or consequential damages are excluded to the extent permitted by law. The Seller's total liability per contract is capped at the value of that contract.
§ 8 Support and dispute resolution
1. Customer support is reachable Mon-Fri 09:00-17:00 CET via the support email shown in the footer; first-response target two business hours.
2. Online dispute resolution: under Regulation (EU) 524/2013, EU consumers can use the European Commission ODR platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
3. Polish consumers can also contact: the relevant Voivodeship Inspectorate of Trade Inspection; the Federation of Consumers (federacja-konsumentow.org.pl); the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (uokik.gov.pl).
4. None of the above limits the Customer's right to bring an action before a court.
§ 9 Governing law and final provisions
1. Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by Polish law, including the Civil Code, the Consumer Rights Act, the Act on Electronic Services and the GDPR. 2. Disputes with non-consumer customers are decided by the court with jurisdiction over the Seller's registered office (District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw). Consumer disputes follow the rules of the Polish Code of Civil Procedure. 3. The Seller may amend these Terms for important reasons (legal changes, new payment methods); Customers are notified by email 14 days before the change. Amendments do not apply to contracts concluded before they enter into force.
