This accessibility statement applies to the Lizensa online shop at lizensa.com: the home page, catalogue and product pages, search, cart, checkout, the customer account and the legal pages. It explains how the shop meets the accessibility requirements of the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882) as transposed into national law.
Atbilstības statuss
We design and test the shop against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA — the web requirements of the harmonised European standard EN 301 549.
The shop is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 AA: the parts listed under "Known limitations" do not fully meet it yet. As far as our checks show, everything else does.
Zināmie ierobežojumi
- Payment forms. Card and other payment forms in the checkout are embedded from the payment provider. We choose providers with accessible forms, but we cannot change their markup.
- Support chat. The chat window is a third-party widget; its keyboard and screen-reader support is outside our control. Every question can also be sent by e-mail to support@lizensa.com.
- PDF documents. Invoices and licence certificates are PDF files that are not yet tagged for screen readers. On request we send their content by e-mail as plain text.
Barriers found by our automated checks are fixed before a change is released; any that remain are listed here.

This statement was last reviewed on 2026. gada 24. septembris. It is based on a self-assessment:
- automated axe-core tests against WCAG 2.0, 2.1 and 2.2 (levels A and AA) of the home page, a category page, a product page, the cart, the checkout, the account login and this statement, run on every change before it is released;
- manual checks using the keyboard only.
We review this statement at least once a year and after every major change to the shop.

Ko mēs darām pieejamības labā
Konkrēti, inženieru komanda ievēro:
- Tastatūras navigācija — katrs interaktīvais elements ir sasniedzams ar Tab, aktivizējams ar Enter vai Space un aizverams ar Escape. Mēs neizmantojam tikai peles modeļus.
- Semantiskais HTML — orientieri (`<main>`, `<nav>`, `<footer>`), virsraksti pareizā secībā, vietējās veidlapas vadīklas, īstas pogas. Ekrānlasītājiem nekad nevajadzētu būt nepieciešamībai pēc ARIA, lai saprastu lapu, ko tie varētu saprast no marķējuma vien.
- Redzams fokuss — katrs interaktīvais elements vienmēr rāda fokusa gredzenu, kad tas ir fokusēts ar tastatūru, ar vismaz 3:1 kontrastu pret fonu.
- Krāsu kontrasts — pamatteksts 4.5:1, liels teksts un ikonas 3:1, gan gaišajā, gan tumšajā režīmā.
- Maināms teksta izmērs — lapas paliek lietojamas līdz 200% tālummaiņai jebkurā pārlūkprogrammā; nav fiksētu pikseļu satura platumu, kas bloķē pārplūdi.
- Samazināta kustība — animācijas ievēro `prefers-reduced-motion` un nekad automātiski neatskaņo video ar skaņu.

Standarta pārlūkprogrammas īsceļi darbojas visur. Vietne pievieno divus savus:
- / — atver meklēšanas paleti no jebkuras lapas.
- Escape — aizver jebkuru dialoglodziņu, izvelkamo paneli vai izvēlni.
Mēs apzināti turam īsceļu sarakstu mazu, lai tas nesadurtos ar palīgtehnoloģiju taustiņu kombinācijām.
Pārlūkprogrammas un palīgtehnoloģijas
Mēs testējam uz jaunākajām divām Chrome, Edge, Firefox un Safari versijām datorā, kā arī Safari un Chrome versijām iOS un Android ierīcēs. Mēs testējam ekrānlasītāju darbību ar NVDA + Firefox, JAWS + Chrome, VoiceOver + Safari (macOS un iOS) un TalkBack + Chrome Android ierīcēs.
Mēs netestējam pret Internet Explorer 11; to vairs neatbalsta Microsoft, un mēs to nebloķējam, bet nevaram garantēt pieejamību tajā.
