Domeniul de aplicare al declarației

This accessibility statement applies to the Lizensa online shop at lizensa.com: the home page, catalogue and product pages, search, cart, checkout, the customer account and the legal pages. It explains how the shop meets the accessibility requirements of the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882) as transposed into national law.

Stadiul conformității

We design and test the shop against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA — the web requirements of the harmonised European standard EN 301 549.

The shop is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 AA: the parts listed under "Known limitations" do not fully meet it yet. As far as our checks show, everything else does.

Limitări cunoscute

  • Payment forms. Card, PayPal and other payment forms in the checkout are embedded from the payment provider. We choose providers with accessible forms, but we cannot change their markup.
  • Support chat. The chat window is a third-party widget; its keyboard and screen-reader support is outside our control. Every question can also be sent by e-mail to support@lizensa.com.
  • PDF documents. Invoices and licence certificates are PDF files that are not yet tagged for screen readers. On request we send their content by e-mail as plain text.

Barriers found by our automated checks are fixed before a change is released; any that remain are listed here.

This statement was last reviewed on 24 septembrie 2026. It is based on a self-assessment:

  • automated axe-core tests against WCAG 2.0, 2.1 and 2.2 (levels A and AA) of the home page, a category page, a product page, the cart, the checkout, the account login and this statement, run on every change before it is released;
  • manual checks using the keyboard only.

We review this statement at least once a year and after every major change to the shop.

Ce facem pentru accesibilitate

Mai exact, echipa de inginerie se angajează să respecte:

  • Navigare cu tastatura — fiecare element interactiv poate fi accesat cu Tab, activat cu Enter sau Spațiu și închis cu Escape. Nu folosim modele care necesită doar mouse.
  • HTML semantic — repere (`<main>`, `<nav>`, `<footer>`), titluri în ordinea corectă, controale native de formular, butoane reale. Cititoarele de ecran nu ar trebui să aibă nevoie de ARIA pentru a înțelege o pagină pe care ar putea să o înțeleagă doar din marcaj.
  • Focus vizibil — fiecare element interactiv afișează un inel de focus în permanență atunci când este focalizat prin tastatură, cu un contrast de cel puțin 3:1 față de fundal.
  • Contrast de culoare — textul corpului la 4.5:1, textul mare și pictogramele la 3:1, atât în modul luminos, cât și în cel întunecat.
  • Text redimensionabil — paginile rămân utilizabile până la 200% zoom în orice browser; nicio lățime fixă a conținutului nu blochează reflow-ul.
  • Mișcare redusă — animațiile respectă `prefers-reduced-motion` și nu redau automat videoclipuri cu sunet.

Scurtături de tastatură

Scurtăturile standard ale browserului funcționează peste tot. Site-ul adaugă două proprii:

  • / — deschide paleta de căutare din orice pagină.
  • Escape — închide orice dialog, sertar sau meniu.

Păstrăm în mod deliberat lista de scurtături foarte mică pentru a nu intra în conflict cu combinațiile de taste ale tehnologiilor de asistare.

Browsere și tehnologii de asistare

Testăm pe ultimele două versiuni de Chrome, Edge, Firefox și Safari pe desktop, și Safari și Chrome pe iOS și Android. Testăm comportamentul cititoarelor de ecran cu NVDA + Firefox, JAWS + Chrome, VoiceOver + Safari (macOS și iOS) și TalkBack + Chrome pe Android.

Nu testăm împotriva Internet Explorer 11; acesta nu mai este suportat de Microsoft și nu îl blocăm, dar nu putem garanta accesibilitatea acolo.
