How digital delivery works
We sell licence keys for downloadable software. Nothing physical ships, so there are no shipping fees, no carriers, and no delivery dates to track. The moment your payment is confirmed, the system generates your key and emails it to the address you used at checkout — usually within seconds.
This page explains the delivery flow, what to do if your key does not arrive, and how the rare manual review process works.
When and how the key arrives
For 99% of orders the flow is fully automatic and looks like this:
- Payment is captured by Stripe (or Przelewy24/PayPal/Apple Pay).
- Our system reserves a licence key from the verified inventory.
- A confirmation email lands in your inbox with the key, an invoice, and activation instructions.
- The same key is also stored permanently in your account dashboard so you can re-download it later without searching for the email.
Most buyers see the email arrive within 30 seconds. Anything taking longer than 5 minutes is an exception and worth checking the spam folder for.
Manual review (rare)
A small number of orders are held for manual review by a human operator before the key is released. This typically happens when:
- The billing country and IP address are far apart, or one of them is on a fraud watchlist.
- The order value is unusually high for a first purchase from that account.
- A previous order from the same card was charged back.
Manual review is handled within business hours, 9:00–18:00 CET, Monday to Friday. Outside those hours the key is released as soon as the next operator comes online. We never hold an order longer than 24 hours without contacting you.
Where to find your key after delivery
Three places, in order of how reliable they are:
- Account dashboard — sign in and open Order history. The key is shown in plaintext with a copy button and a download link for the installer.
- The confirmation email — same key, same download link, plus a PDF invoice.
- A re-send link — every order page has a Re-send by email button if the original message is lost.
Guest orders (no account at checkout) live only in the email. We can re-issue them on request via the contact page if the email is lost — quote the order number and the billing email.
If the email does not arrive
Three quick checks before contacting support:
- Spam, promotions, and quarantine folders. Corporate mail filters in particular love to flag transactional licence emails.
- The exact address you used at checkout. Typos in the local part (`john.smtih@…`) are silent failures that no system can recover.
- Your account dashboard. If the order is listed there, the key is available regardless of whether the email arrived.
If none of those help, write to us via the contact page with the order number — we can re-send within minutes.
Costs and supported countries
Delivery itself is free for every order. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay; we do not add carrier fees, customs duties, or handling charges, because there is nothing to ship.
We deliver licence keys to every country where the underlying software is legal to use. A handful of products (typically Microsoft volume licences) are restricted to the EU/EEA region by the upstream vendor — those products show a region notice on the product page before you add them to the cart.
